     Located in primary in Texas, I received my Master’s of Architecture degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. I also have a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Texas at San Antonio. 

 

As a professional in the AEC/design industry, I have 9-10 years of experience, with a track record of delivering projects in various sectors. I have the expertise that meet your requirements, nonetheless I'm always eager to learn more and learn from each other the key to delivery is Interdependence and layering of the team.

As my resume demonstrates, I have been involved in projects ranging from residential, finish outs, renovations, commercial - retail, and institutional buildings and most recently, Civic| justice and Behavioral health.  I am adept at using design software, such as Revit, Procore, Bluebeam, Sketchup though prefer to use Revit mostly. Furthermore, as a person with an architectural background I have played various roles I can provide a valuable insight. I can collaborate effectively with PMs, Leaders, Senior architects, design professional, clients and team members to ensure that the design vision and documentation is achieved working with the team I make sure to deliver a quality finish. 

Moreover, I have familiarity with building codes, standards and regulations which I can help with the pre-development and development process.. I have also worked with consultants and contractors to produced documentation within the specified deadlines. I'm team oriented and a great mentor, so I've been told.
