-Coordinated a successfully awarded $5.5 million bid by engaging closely with owner and general contractors. Liaised with clients, led meetings and bid conferences.

-Regularly communicated with city officials and led the submittal process for obtaining building permits for 5 office/medical shell buildings in Prosper, TX. Studied city procedures and requirements for timely application acceptance.

-Conducted deep planning and zoning research to ensure a smooth planning process. Worked closely with the Planning department and fostered tight collaboration.

-Resolved client issues with targeting unit and parking mix, developed alterative solutions to satisfy client requests and regulatory constraints.

 

HEDK Architects – Architectural Design Intern - 2017 -2018                                                                                         

-Ensured the design intent is conveyed throughout the DD, CD, and CA phases of architecture through close collaboration and oversight of other teams.

-Engaged in all early schematic design phases of multifamily, master planning, and site planning.

-Created and analyzed density studies.

-Selected and coordinated material selections for large multifamily projects.

-Coordinated the accurate development of plan sets, including a $40 million Opinion of probable cost through close collaboration with multiple departments.

-Effectively liaised with outside contractors, communicating project requirements and detailed specifications through various means including site visits.

-Facilitated the completion of construction documents for over 30 public schools across Texas, as well as a residential R1 for Grayson College in Denison, TX. Projects include new construction, refresh, and renovations.
