-Conducted deep planning and zoning research to ensure a smooth planning process. Worked closely with the Planning department and fostered tight collaboration.

-Coordinated the accurate development of plan sets, including a $40 million Opinion of probable cost through close collaboration with multiple departments.
-Effectively liaised with outside contractors, communicating project requirements and detailed specifications through various means including site visits.
-Facilitated the completion of construction documents for over 30 public schools across Texas, as well as a residential R1 for Grayson College in Denison, TX. Projects include new construction, refresh, and renovations.
